Floyd County’s Ultimate Source of Martial Arts Instruction

Buffalo Mountain Martial Arts is a Mixed Martial Arts camp for all levels of students from the beginner to the advanced.

They offer classes in the disciplines of Muay Thai, Wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA. 

Fees:

$25 – Single Class Pass

$75 – Youth Monthly (2 Classes per week)

$75 – Adult Monthly (2 Classes per week)

$100 – Adult Monthly Unlimited

About Coach James

James started martial arts at a young age, and has been training his entire life! He has continuously worked to hone his skills, training at world renowned professional teams (Urijah Faber, etc.) and competing in dozens of international championships.

Now, he’s opened his own gym right here in Floyd to pass on his knowledge and train the next generation.

“I believe everyone should learn some form of martial arts. It’s important for self-defense and fitness reasons, but it’s more than that too. The self-control, focus, and confidence you develop can make you more mentally and emotionally resilient so that you can overcome any obstacle in the gym and beyond.”

Mondays and Wednesdays

10:45-11:45 AM  Adult – No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu

12:00-1:00 PM  Adult – Muay Thai

5:00-5:30 PM  Youth – Foundations Classes

5:30-6:30 PM  Adult – Women’s Only MMA

6:30-7:30 PM  Adult – MMA Level 2

Tuesdays and Thursdays

12:00-1:00 PM  Adult – No-Gi Jiu Jitsu

4:00-4:30 PM  Youth – Intro Level

4:30-5:00 PM  Youth – Foundations Class (Ages 7-10)

5:00-5:45 PM  Youth – MMA Level 1 (Ages 11-15)

5:45-6:15 PM  Adult – Foundations Class

6:30-7:30 PM  Adult – MMA Level 1
